The Wheel Method

The yoga wheel is my favorite prop, and the inspiration behind what I call The Wheel Method.

It’s dynamic. It’s empowering. It’s surprisingly transformative.

Each sequence becomes a flow experience. You feel progress quickly, sometimes from one session to the next. The wheel challenges strength, builds core stability, deepens backbends, improves flexibility, and supports spinal alignment - while also offering deep release and myofascial relief.

It’s strength and surrender in one practice.

Whether you’re a beginner or advanced practitioner, the wheel can:

  • Deepen flexibility safely. Whether it's your spine, shoulders, hips, or hamstrings, the wheel helps lengthen muscles gradually and safely

  • Strengthen core and balance

  • Support healthy backbends

  • Improve posture and alignment

  • Release upper back and shoulder tension

  • Add playfulness to your practice
